Mikki Williden

Mikki Williden

Lecturer in Nutrition and Sports Nutritionist

Mikki completed her Masters degree in Human Nutrition investigating childhood obesity at the University of Otago.

She operates her own nutrition clinic and lectures in Nutrition at AUT University in Auckland. You are in good hands as Mikki also holds a second degree in Physical Education and is completing a PhD in public health.

Mikki is able to work with you to develop training nutrition plans, daily nutrition plans or both, depending on your nutrition goal.
