Introducing Mikki!

Mikki Williden

Mikki Williden

Lecturer in Nutrition and Sports Nutritionist

Mikki completed her Masters degree in Human Nutrition at the University of Otago, and also holds a second degree in Physical Education.

She operates her own nutrition clinic and lectures in Nutrition at AUT University in Auckland.

Mikki is a competitive athlete, who when not working on her PhD, has turned turned her attention to triathlon, and so is often found running, biking or swimming!
