Sure, as well as coaching, we have an inexpensive internet only self service option, but even that comes with the most advanced training programme generator for runners available today. Your advanced training plan is automatically personalized to match your goals whether you are a first-time runner, or looking for a sub 3-hour marathon.
When it comes to plans, you can browse events in our event database and once you’ve found an event you like, simply click to create a custom training plan for that event. Your training plan automatically takes into account your current fitness level, your time available for training, the event distance and how long before the event.
With our plans we’ll help you avoid wasted training effort by running at the correct pace for your training distance. Once a plan is created all you need to do is tick off each workout as you do it, you don’t even need to enter any more details unless you want to!
Triathlon or Ironman perhaps?
When running is just not enough, then maybe it’s time for different types of exercise! Fitness Mentor has the best triathlon coaches to advise you on your training – former triathlon world champion Rick Wells and endurance coach legend Brendon Downey.
To be honest this is simply one area we don’t recommend a computer generated, or generic plan, even though there are plenty out there.
You can use your own plans, or a generic one with Fitness Mentor, but we strongly recommend you use our coaching services for the best possible advice – and normally some sessions with a local swim-technique coach are well worth the money.
